• What is Cligs?

  Cligs is a social network for people who like to go to concerts, discos, conferences or any other kind of event. Here you can easily find the hottest events in your area, invite friends to a gig at a local bar or comment on the party your friend just created. And that's not all. Browse through the photos from parties you've been to and rate the coolest of them, stay in contact with you buddies and meet new people. We will make sure you have fun here.

• Is Cligs free?

  Yes. We will never charge you to use the site. Create as many events and upload as many photos as you like. It's all good!

Events

• Can I add any kind of event?

  Yes. As long as it is not porn related. Any porn submissions will result in an immediate ban and/or account deletion. A good rule of thumb: if there's nudity, it's probably not a good idea to submit it. More often than not, it will result in an account ban.

• Are all events visible to the public?

  Yes. Every event you create will be visible to other visitors of Cligs. We don't support private events at the moment and we are not sure if we are ever planning to implement it.

Photos

• Is there a limit on photo upload?

  No and there never will be. Upload as many photos as you want.

• What photos can I upload?

  Please upload only the photos that you took yourself. We take copyright seriously and will delete any copyrighted material. Also as with events - do not upload any pornographic material. Any porn submissions will result in an immediate ban and/or account deletion.

Points

• What are user points?

  Points are the Cligs currency. It allows the community to see who is the new member on Cligs and who is a power-user.

• How do I earn points?

  Points are awarded for activity. Pretty much everytime you do something on Cligs - you receive points. Here's a simple list:

  • Adding a new event get's you 3 points.
  • An extra 1 point bonus if the venue of the event is new.
  • Uploading a photo to an event gets you 1 point.
  • Adding a user to your friends will get you another 1 point.

• What can I do with my points?

  For starters, you can be proud that you are an active member of the community. Also we will be giving out prizes in the future to our most active members. We just need to figure out what these prizes might be. So stay tuned!
